Anderson Bowie Cemetery, Sabine County, Texas - From the Sabine County Court House in Hemphill, Texas go 1 block East on FM 83 (Worth Street) to State Hwy 87.  Turn South or Right on Hwy 87 and go 6.5 miles to United States Forest Service Road 111.  Turn Right on USFS Road 111 and go 4.3 miles to a metal gate on the Right.  From the gate walk West Southwest along the US Forest Service landline (Fire Lane) 0.5 mile, then continue along the same line South 0.3 mile.  Next go West 100 yards to the graves which are in a grove of tall pines.  There are three graves (two adults and one child) at this location.  Al three graves are ringed with large sandstone rocks.  These graves are though to be associated with the Anderson Bowie family.  More information is needed.  Additional information added in parenthesis.
