Supplement (A)
To the P. E. and members of the first Q.C. 1902 (R. P. Charge) Dear Brethren;
I am not sure that we can say that we have a well equipped school on the
charge. The grown people, I mean the parents are wanting in interest along
this line and just how to awaken an earnest interest I know not. Shall
continue to strive to the successfulness of the schools. The children seem
anxious but teachers are scarce. My prayer is for the good to lay so heavily
upon the heart and conscious nature of the parents the worth and weight of
their children's salvation until all will strive to have a successful S. S.
Respectfully submit.
J. W. CULLEN
Supplement (B)
To the P. E. and members of the 1st Q. C. 1902 Rogers Prairie Charge Calvert District,
Texas A. C. Dear Brethren;
The spiritual
state of the charge is about the same but little marked improvements. Save a
little financially parsonage to the amt. of $35.00. Improved on the way of cow &
horse stable and a tank, 3 much needed articles. Can’t tell what more can be
done yet. Every interest of the church is being looked after. Children and grown
people are receiving such instructions as pastor can give. Have received two by
letter; Sister Sadie PYLE & O. P. CROUCH.
Respectfully Submit

Supplement (C)
To the P. E. and members of the 1st Q. C. 1902 Rogers Prairie Charge Calvert District,
Texas A. C. Dear Brethren;
This all
important work will receive our attention soon just as I left this work for A.
C. I pulled this people terribly hard but for this fact I would have been
pressing its claims but later will put forth a go and get it effort. Our
greatest trouble in finances some of our people who ought to step out to the
front pay nothing. For a twelve month attempt few pay and they are loyal and
true. If we live this will come.
Respectfully submit

Brethren;
We have no league in the charge neither have we any S. school. We lament this
condition of things very much. We humbly ask you to join in earnest prayer that
the Lord will raise up men in this charge who will take up this work with
determination. It is a sad comment on our Methodism that we are to surrender the
religious training of our children to other denominations. We find in our
visitations that infant baptism has been neglected to a large extent. The
records show that only a few have been baptized & of course without our own
Sunday school there can be but little training of the children religiously. In
my pastoral visiting I am instructing as the Discipline directs.
