From the top of the overpass on FM 977 over Interstate 45 go west 0.65 miles. There is a drive way to the right that goes up to a mobile home. To the east of the mobile home is a metal gate. Follow this trail through the gate for a total of 0.30 miles from the highway. The tombstones are to the right of this trail on a rise in a clump of trees (ground looks like iron ore). This cemetery is shown to be Woodward Cemetery on the General Highway Map of Leon County as prepared by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation in 1988.
