The schools of Hunt County met and decided upon the following rules and regulations for the season's basketball courts in an attempt to strictly abide by the UIL rules.  The county was divided into two sections, the south loop and the north loop.  The north loop was comprised of Floyd, Wolfe City, Commerce, White Rock, and Celeste.  The south loop included Lone Oak, Campbell, Greenville, Caddo Mills, and Quinlan.

The hometown shall furnish a set of officials to officiate the game, one week previous to the playing date.  Officials should be satisfactory.  In case the schools fail to agree as to the officials, the director of athletics shall select officials.  In case the officials agreed upon, fail to appear, the visiting team may return home without forfeit, but the game will be set to be played at a later date on a neutral court.

The winning team shall notify the County Athletic Director as to the outcome of each game.

That, when a county athletic director calls a school on business, connected with that school, the telephone or telegraph call must be paid by the school concerned.

That a committee consisting of Mr. Meeks to represent the north loop and a member selected by Mr. Meeks to represent the south loop shall make out a schedule for both loops, that the winner of the north loop and the winner of the south loop play three games to determine the county champions on a home and home basis, the third game to be played on a neutral court.

That each team shall produce a list of players before each contest...with the eligible players' names on it and signed by the Superintendent, Principal, Coach, and President of the School Board.
