Wayne Bowdion, 66, of Huntington , was born November 30, 1941, in Crockett , Texas , the son of the late Frances (Willis) and Eugene 
Cochran. He passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mr. Bowdion was a good husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was exceptionally happy and of good humor all the time. He 
was a retired home improvement contractor, and was self-employed for 35 years. He was also a good mechanic. Mr. Bowdion served his country 
in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era, and was a member of the DAV. He was a member of Ora Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Belinda Bowdion of Huntington; daughter and son-in-law, Alice and Ray Whittemore of Hemphill, sons, Arthur 
Bowdion, Wayne Bowdion, both of Huntington, Donald Bowdion and Glen Bowdion, both of Wisconsin; daughter, Toni Hasty of Huntington; daughter 
and son-in-law, Stephanie and Sylvester Rodriguez of Huntington; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Charles 
Collins of Huntington; and a number of nieces, nephews and other family members.

Mr. Bowdion was preceded in death by his parents; and mother-in-law Della Dominey.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dusty Whittemore, Stephen Whittemore, Michael Whittemore, Sylvester Rodriguez, Dayton Rodriguez, Arthur Bowdion
and Matthew Wittemore.

Graveside services for Mr. Bowdion will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 25, 2008, in the Attoyac Cemetery in San Augustine County , 
with Bro. Joe Sawyer officiating.

Friends are invited to visit with the family beginning 30 minutes prior to the service time at the cemetery.
