WHITEHEAD CEMETERY

Located 11 Mi. from Court House on FM 2022 (Old Rusk Rd.) . Turn right on a dirt road. One Mi. off the dirt road.

One acre of land was given by Aaron Whitehead upon the death of his mother, who selected this plot of land for the Cemetery. Mary Whitehead was the first person to be buried here in the late 1800's.  One and 1/2 acres was given by Clifton Whitehead in 1969.
