WALL CEMETERY (east of Latexo, off FM-2663)

Cemetery is on private properly, formerly the Wert Lawson, Jr. property.

It is in the pasture on the south side of FM2663, 1/2 mile west of the intersection with FM2022.  The small cemetery is fenced.

WALL,  Emma (Allen) b. Dec 1864 TX d. Jul 6, 1906 Houston Co., TX  (and infant); brick for marker. Mother and infant buried together.  She was the daughter of John F. and Mary Ann E. Fulgham Allen.  Her first husband was Charley Bell and had son B.V. Bell; second husband Ira C. Wall married Aug 23, 1893 Houston Co., TX.  Their children were Viola (Brown), Ira Cornelius 'Boyd', Dovie (Stone), and Myrtle.

NOTE:  Agnes, wife of John C. Wall is not buried in the cemetery.  After John's death, she and her son, Samuel moved away and eventually to Oklahoma.  They died there and are buried in the Hooker Cemetery, Hooker, Texas County, Oklahoma.  Source:  Bettie W. Sarver.
