ELECK TURK GRAVESITE

Single Grave: Reported by C S. Story from information received from Hubert Brimberry and Dr. Billy Walton.  Grave of a born slave located about 50 yards east of San Pedro Creek and about 100 yards north of F. M. Road 228 between Percilla and Grapeland.

Eleck; b: August 3, 1861; d: October 2, 1942

Eleck Turk never married and spent most of his life with the Walton Family, coming with them from Monroe County, Georgia, in the latter part of the eighteen hundreds.
