APPLE
William Abner; b. Nov.
8, 1859 Venango Twp. Crawford Co., PA; d. May 13, 1876; died in a hunting
accident on the Stanton farm, he was a teacher and was boarding with the
Stanton family at the time of his death; accidentally kill by his friend who
came from PA with him, David Marshall. His grave location lost, but he
is buried next to a maiden lady named Kate Layman who was later buried in
the cemetery.
