Location lost: was located on Daniel B. Bennett land, Weches, Houston Co., TX, near the Neches River on a fence line joining the National Forest.. The area is near Hargrove Lake. Three graves visible at last sighting.

Nancy Weeks Bennett b. Feb. 1829 Amite Co., MS; died about 1885; wife of Daniel Berry Bennett 

Mary Bennett b. Jan. 1898 died about 1906 (daughter of Henry Harvey Bennett & Harriett Pate).
