Miss Regina Lee Hail and Mr. Matthew Logan McPherson were united in marriage on Saturday, October 7, 2006 at six o’clock in the evening at Bella Terrazza in Houston, Texas.

The Reverend Dowen Johnson of April Sound Church in Montgomery officiated. A reception immediately followed the ceremony with music provided by Dynamic Entertainment.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ewen Hail of College Station, Texas. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Cherry Wilhelm and the late Mr. Edwin Wilhelm of Gatesville, and Mrs. Jacqueline Pate of Austin and Charles Reaves Pate, Jr. of Bella Vista, Arkansas. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. McPherson of Montgomery. He is the grandson of Mrs. Josephine Logan and the late Mr. William Logan of Houston, and Mr. & Mrs. Fred McPherson of Deep River Connecticut.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a strapless floor-length gown. The drop waist, full skirted gown was designed by Maggie Sottero.

Mrs. Melissa Paulea, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Corrie Chilton, Miss Erica Hogan, Miss Darcie Durham and Mrs. Kelly Morrell. Miss Riley Paulea served as Flower Girl.

Mr. Eric Alarid, friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Mr. Greg Baird, Mr. John Reed, Mr. Chris Deuel and Mr. Clint Newman.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Katy Taylor High School in Katy, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies in 2003. She is currently employed as a high school special education teacher at Cypress Falls High School in Houston. The groom graduated from Montgomery High School in 1998 in Montgomery, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He is currently employed by Heat Transfer Solutions in Houston.

Following a honeymoon in Saint Lucia, the couple will reside in Houston, Texas.
