Services for Mrs. Mary J. Litchfield, 84, are set for 2 p.m. Sunday at First Baptisdt Church in Cross Roads with the Rev. S. E. Hopkins officiating.
Burial will be in Union Cemetery under direction of Foster and Brown Funeral Home of Athens.
Mrs. Litchfield died Friday afternoon in a local hospital after a long illness.
She was born Jan 12 1894, and was a 56-year resident of the Cross Roads Community. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cross Roads
and was the wife of the late Jim Litchfield. She was a retired lunch room supervisor.Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
