Funeral services were held at the Assembly of God Church in Mabank for Charlie P. McDonald, 79, of the Payne Springs community in Henderson County.
Burial was in the Payne Springs Cemetery.

Surviving are his wife; two sons, Charlie E. McDonald of Mabank and J. P. McDonald of Eustace, and three daughters, Mrs. Irene McLaughlin of Pleasant
Grove, Mrs. Virgie Miller of Trinidad and Mrs. Jewell Evertt of Beaumont.
