Andy Fuller Services Set Here Thursday
Andy Fuller, 77, of Athens, Route 1, died Wednesday morning at
1:15 o'clock in an Athens nursing home after a lengthy illness.
He was a lifelong resident of Henderson County.
He was a member of the Baptist Church.
Services will be held Thursday at 4 p.m. at the Carroll and Lehr
Memory Chapel, and burial will be in the Goodgame Cemetery.
Rev. Grover Bishop and Rev. Irvin Mills will officiate.
Survivors include 2 sons, R. W. Fuller and Thurman Fuller, both
of Athens; two daughters, Mrs. Ellen Anding and Mrs. Ethel
Trammell, both of Athens;
one brother, John Fuller of Athens; one sister, Mrs. Regania
Burden of Caddo Mills; 14 grandchildren and 12
great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Hubert Boyd, Dugan Boyd, Bud Boyd, Marshall
Meador, Marvin Cook and Millard Boyd.
Note: Death certificate shows Thomas Andy Fuller born July 15,
1894 and died May 10, 1972.
His parents were Thomas Fuller and Martha Ann "Mattie"
Boyd.
Andy was also my great uncle. (LGR)
