Alfred Dunn
Obituary
Alfred G. Dunn, 79, died in a
Waco hospital at 11:20 p.m. Saturday after a lengthy illness.
Born in Dublin, Tex., Mr. Dunn formerly lived in
the Opelika community of Henderson County before leaving here in
1920 to make his home in Waco.
He was a member of the Christian Church. Mr. Dunn
is survived by four sons, Frank Dunn of Lake
Jackson, A.G. Dunn, Jr., of Freeport,
W.D. Dunn of Grand Prairie, and Alfred Lee Dunn
of Houston; two daughters, Mrs. C.F. Fields
and Mrs. J.B. Burdette, both of Waco;
one brother, Ben Dunn of Dallas; one sister,
Mrs. Ben Caperton of Fort Worth, and 15
grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
