Former Malakoff Woman Dies At Trinidad Home

Mrs. Emma Wade, 74, wife of the late Uncle Bob Wade. and a former resident of this city died at her home in Trinidad at an early hour Sunday morning following a brief illness. Funeral services were held on Sunday afternoon from the First Methodist Church at Trinidad, conducted by Rev. H. B. Laney of and Rev. J. C. Blalock, Baptist pastor at Trinidad. Interment under the direction of the Ballard Funeral Home of this city, took place immediately following in the Trinidad Cemetery. Her remains were laid to rest beside those of her husband who preceded her in death some seven years ago.
She is survived by one son, Rigsbee, and one step-daughter, Mrs. Lizzie McDonald, both of whom reside in Trinidad.
