Funeral Services For Little Edna Carter Here Sun. Afternoon

Funeral services for little Miss Edna Carter 13 year old
daughter of M/M Jack Carter of Route 2 were held at the
Malakoff cemetery at 4 o'clock Sunday with the Rev. H. B.
Laney officiating.

Little Miss Edna passed away at an early hour Sunday
morning at the Navarro clinic in Corsicana, where she was
taken early last week with an acute attack of appendicitis.
Examination at the Clinic revealed that the appendix had
become ruptured and immediate operation could not be
undertaken, and death claimed her after several days of
serious illness.
