William Andrew Donehoo & Maude Sherbert

My Grandfather, William Andrew Donehoo, arrived in Henderson County from Alabama in the 1890`s. He and his wife, Maude Sherbert Donehoo lived in the Payne Springs-Eustace Area for a good number of years. My father, Robert Elmer Donehoo and all of his brothers and sisters grew up in the area. My grandmother died in 1922 and my grandfather died in 1950 and both are buried in the Payne Springs Cemetery, along with several children. The last Donehoo that lived in Henderson County died in about 1970, however, descendants with other names still live there.
