We are pleased to meet Mr. Y. H. Cox, publisher of the Bulletin, an excellent local paper recently established in Athens, Henderson County. Mr. Cox informs us that his paper has already attained a fine circulation, and judging from the section in which it is published, and its general excellence, we predict for it success. Mr. Cox will remain in the city for a few days soliciting advertisements from our businessmen. Of course they need not be reminded of the value of the country press as a means of extending their trade.
