hurriedly is of no permanent good and
Whereas, by having a system of good public roads throughout the length and
breadth of our county we believed that the value of property will be greatly
enhanced and we know that there will be a great savings of the time in going
to and from market, besides a great saving to wagons and teams, and weary of
ourselves, therefore be it
Resolved, that we, the undersigned citizens of Brownsboro, Precinct No. 4 in
Henderson county, Texas hereby pledge our hearty support to the Hon. J. J. Faulk,
member of the Senate Chamber and to Hon. H. T. Gilliam, member of Representative
Chamber, in the 28th Legislature Austin, Texas and demand of them our servants,
wise and just legislation, especially on the public roads of Henderson county and
the state of Texas at large.
