March 31- Health is not good at present. Little Melven Rozell who
has been sick many days died this morning about 5 o'clock.
W. L. Barnett and family spent Sunday night with Frank Reid.
Rollie Kirkpatrick visited Robert Brown Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Oneal visited her parents Sunday afternoon.
T. M. Barnett is visiting W. L. Barnett today.
T. M. Pippin and family visited Mr. and Mrs. Wheeler Graham
Sunday.
Farmers are busy planting corn.
Hammer Kirkpatrick visited Edgar Barnett Sunday.
M. (page torn) Royall and Geneva Barnett visited Miss Mary Reid
Sunday afternoon.
Ervin Reid visited (page torn) and Joe Bailey Barnett, S(page

Kirkpatrick visited Pauli (page torn) day.
Mrs. Graham visited (page torn) sister Mrs. W. S. Claun(page
torn) day afternoon.
Mrs. W. S. (page torn) visited Mrs. Graham Sunday afternoon.
Troy Mosley and (page torn) visited W. S. Barnett Sunday.
Our school closed on Friday March 28. We had made preperations to
have a picinc but ea(page torn) Friday morning our teacher
received a phone message that he (page torn) little sister was
very low and (page torn) course she went home as early as
possible. So we didn't have our picnic althought some of us went
to the school house and on the inside to (unreadable) the hill.
We suer did regret to see our teacher, Miss Maggie Derden, leave
us but of course she had to go home.
Most everybody is done planting corn and some are preparing for
cotton land.
