Friday, March 28, 1913
Glen Campbell went to Tyler today.
R. N. Quinn of Trinidad is in town today.
Jeff C. Davis is reported to be getting along very well.
A good buggy for sale cheap. Apply to Dr. C. R. Johnson.
Miss Annie Lou Faulk is thought to be no better today. Her brother Robert,
is getting along nicely and will soon be on the road to recovery.
The **seven months' old child of Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Gott died this morning
at 6 o'clock. Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock
at the city cemetery.

The funeral of the little child of Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Gott was held Saturday
morning at ten o'clock at the cemetery. The services were conducted by
Rev. W. F. Davis of the Methodist church. A large crowd attended the funeral.
The Review extendes its deepest sympathies to the bereaved parents.
It knows the hearts of fond parents bleed at the sundering of these
tenderties between parents and their little ones.

Born to Mrs. Ollie Hall Friday morning a fine boy. Mother and babe doing well.
Pickens Notes
Today, Tuesday, April 29, at 3 o'clock the death angel came and claimed our
brother and neighbor and friend, **J. M. Pickens. In his illness God permitted
him to suffer only 16 days. His death was not a surprise but a great sadness to
this entire neighborhood.

Sept. 16-
Drs. Moss, Richardson, and Moon met this eve to examine and determine whether
amputation was necessary of Mr. A. L. Thomas' finger caused from snake bite some
ten days ago and they decided to give a little more time hoping they may yet be able
to save his finger.


Opelika
Sept. 15-
Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Spray passed through here yesterday going back to Corsicana.
They had been to Nacogdoches to attend the funeral of Mr. Davis, Mrs. Spray's father,
who died of cancer.
The grave yard working at Red Hill on the 9th was largely attended and left the city of
the dead much improved.
