Skinner, Billy Don

No services are scheduled for Billy Don Skinner, 61, 
of Hallsville. Cremation arrangements are by Rader 
Funeral Home of Longview. Mr. Skinner died February 5, 
2007, at his residence. Born April 19, 1945, in 
Henderson, he was a machinist, former volunteer 
fireman and lover of animals. Survivors include his 
sons, Bradley Don Skinner and Marvin Paul Skinner; 
and sister, Lawanda Gallegos. A memorial guestbook
