Singletary, Bernice Sneed

MARSHALL -- Services for Bernice Sneed Singletary, 86, of 
Waskom, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 3, 2007, at 
Strickland Springs Baptist Church, with Dr. W. Gabriel 
Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in Strickland 
Spings Cemetery. Arrangements are by Downs Funeral Home. 
Mrs. Singletary died January 24, 2007, in Shreveport, La. 
Born November 26, 1920, in Harrison County, she was a member 
of Queen of Sheba Grand Chapter, Eastern Star and Strickland 
Springs Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Albert 
Singletary Sr.; sons, Don Lewis Singletary and Henderson 
Singletary; and duaghters, Rosetta Bennett, Clara Ahmed, 
Teressa Moore, Guindolyn Washington, Marilyn Chandler and 
Doris Charie Johnson. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today
