Pruitt, Lla Belle 

MARSHALL -- Services for Lla Belle Pruitt, 76, will be 2 p.m. Saturday, September 2, 
2006, at Downs Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Virgil Lamastus and the Rev. Buddy 
Briggs officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Springs Cemetery of Panola County. 
Mrs. Pruitt died August 30, 2006. Born March 10, 1930, in Panola County, she was a 
seamstress who retired from Imperial Reading and former president of Veterans of Foreign 
War Ladies Auxiliary. Survivors include her sons, Jerry G. Pruitt and Johnny L. Pruitt; 
daughter, Teresa L. Phillips; sister, Darlene Harris; and brother, A.L. Briggs. 
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made to
