Powell, Era "Doodlebug"

MARSHALL - Services for Era "Doodlebug" Powell, 66, of Marshall, will be at 10 a.m. 
Wednesday, August 22, 2007, at Downs Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Josh Patterson 
officiating. Interment will be in Eagle Creek Cemetery. Ms. Powell died August 18, 
2007, in Marshall.

Born January 18, 1941, in Harleton, she was a homemaker and a Baptist and enjoyed 
dancing and fishing. Survivors include her daughters, Elizabeth "Liz" Briggs, Lola 
Chenault and Tina Powell. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
