Phillips Jr., William Vaughn

MARSHALL - Services for William Vaughn Phillips Jr., 32, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, 
September 1, 2007, at Colonial Chapel of Sullivan-Heaster Funeral Home. Interment 
will be in Eagle Creek Cemetery of Harleton. Mr. Phillips died August 27, 2007, in 
Marshall.

He was born March 16, 1975, in Longview. Survivors include his mother, Donna Partain 
Phillips; father, William V. Phillips Sr.; and brothers, James T. Phillips and Casey 
Phillips.
