Parker, Lonnie Wayne 

MARSHALL -- Memorial services for Lonnie Wayne Parker, 57, of Woodlawn, will be 2 p.m. 
Wednesday, April 26, 2006, at Woodlawn Community Center in Woodlawn, with the Rev. 
Eddie Nichols officiating. Arrangements are by Downs Funeral Home. Mr. Parker died April 
21, 2006, at his residence. Born July 28, 1948, in California, he served in the U.S. 
Army as an E-6 in Vietnam and worked as a ship fitter and welder at Mare Island Shipyard, 
retiring in 1989. Survivors include his daughters, Leah Thomas and Brandee Unkenholz; 
mother, Deloris Welch; brothers, Mile and Ben Parker; and sister, Winnie Parker. Online
