Ogden, Clara Bernice MARSHALL -- Graveside services for Clara Bernice Ogden, 89, of Harleton, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 8, 2006, at Center Cemetery in Harleton, with the Rev. Craig Evers officiating. Arrangements are by Sullivan-Heaster Funeral Home of Marshall. Mrs. Ogden was born October 21, 1916, in Shelby County, to Jeff and Bertha Spurlock. She passed away November 6, 2006, in Longview. She married Fred W. Ogden on October 7, 1935, in Center. He preceded her in death on December 30, 2003. She was a homemaker and a member of the Harleton Baptist Church. Mrs. Ogden is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Joyce Ogden of Harleton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Robert Pinkston of Longview, and Mary and Barker Hale of White Oak; seven grandchildren and their spouses, Genia and Jeff Morris of Harleton, Patti and Glenn Nelson of Longview, Jerry and Carol Brian of Tatum, Melissa Easley of Shreveport, La., Denise and Chad Divine of Clayton, Bruce and Sheila Boyd of Murfresboro, Tenn., and Wes and Sara Hale of Longview; six great-grandchildren and their spouses, Brandon Ogden of Harleton, Amy and Amanda Morris of Harleton, Cadoy Ray Brian of Harleton, Colby and Courtney Free, Jessica Davenport, and Austin and Reid Boyd; and one sister, Helen Estes of Tenaha. Active pallbearers will be Brandon Ogden, Wes Hale, Barker Hale, Jerry Brian, Robert Pinkston, and Jeff Morris. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday evening, November 7, 2006, at the funeral home.
