Moxley Jr., James Franklin "Frank"

MARSHALL -- Services for James Franklin "Frank" Moxley 
Jr., 82, of Karnack, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 
20, 2007, the chapel of Downs Funeral Home. Mr. Moxley 
died February 17, 2007, in Marshall. Born April 29, 1924, 
in Marshall, he served in the U.S. Army during World War 
II, receiving numerous decorations and citations, 
including the Bronze Star and Purple Heart, was a 
railroad engineer for Union Pacific Railroad and a member 
of Cypress Valley Bible Church. Survivors include his 
wife, Willie Woods Moxley; and sons, Gary and James 
Moxley. Visitation will ne 6-8 p.m. Monday, February 19, 
2007, at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made
