Mooney, Melba Ruth "Peg"

MARSHALL - Graveside services for Melba Ruth "Peg" Mooney, 88, of Marshall, 
will be 2 p.m. Monday, April 2, 2007, at Colonial Gardens Cemetery. 
Arrangements are by Downs Funeral Home. Mrs. Mooney died March 30, 2007, in 
Marshall.

Born April 3, 1918, in Dallas, she had worked at Mooney's Grocery for 23 
years, later became a real estate agent for Harmon Real Estate until her 
retirement and was a member of Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Survivors 
include her son, James Mooney; and daughter, Susan Howard. Visitation will 
be 4-6 p.m. today, April 1, 2007, at the funeral home.
