McCarty, Jack Wayne 

MARSHALL -- Services for Jack Wayne McCarty, 43, of Elysian Fields, 
will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 2, 2006, at the chapel of Downs 
Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dick Sawyer officiating. Interment will 
follow in Elysian Fields Cemetery. Mr. McCarty died July 28, 2006, 
at his residence. Born August 22, 1962, in Homer, La., he worked for 
Therral Story as a workover rig operator. Survivors include his wife, 
Angel Champion McCarty; son, Jackson Wayne McCarty; daughters, 
Elizabeth Makenzie and Madeline Leeann McCarty; father, John Wayne 
McCarty Jr.; and sisters, Beth McCarty and Alice Wright. Visitation 
will be 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2006, at the funeral home. Online
