Lay, Bonita Isabel

MARSHALL -- Services for Bonita Isabel Lay, 69, of Karnack, 
will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2007, at the chapel of 
Downs Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Jones and the Rev. 
Tom Ratcliff officiating. Interment will follow in Andrews 
Cemetery in Karnack. Mrs. Lay died March 9, 2007, at a 
local hospital. Born March 2, 1938, in Upshur County, she 
worked as a lineworker inspector for Thiokol and was a 
member of Karnack Baptist Church. Survivors include her 
husband, Ken Lay; sons, Harlan and Mark Lay; brothers, Bill 
and Al Frank Stracener; and sister, Ann Grasso. Visitation 
will be 6-8 p.m. Monday, March 12, 2007, at the funeral home.
