Gibson, Clyde Wendell   	

Services for Clyde Wendell Gibson, 71, of Hallsville, will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, 
August 30, 2007, at the chapel of Welch Funeral Home, 4619 Judson Road, with Pastor 
Leon Veazey officiating. Burial will follow in Rosewood Park Cemetery.

Mr. Gibson passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2007.

Mr. Gibson was born January 17, 1936, in Hallsville, to Robert Earl and Fannie Williams 
Gibson. He worked for LeTourneau Inc., for 46 years. He was a member of Faith Baptist 
Church, enjoyed traveling and loved his family.

Preceding Mr. Gibson in death were his wife, Nell; father, Earl; and brother, Kenneth.

Left to cherish his memory are his sons and daughters-in-law, Wayne and Deanne Gibson 
of Hallsville, and Gary and Marcia of Longview; daughter and son-in-law, Cara and Ray 
Cox of Hallsville; mother, Fannie Gibson of Longview; brother and sister-in-law, Milton 
Ray and Nalda Gibson of Longview; sisters and brothers-in-law, June and Allen Mickelboro, 
Linda Rogers, Virginia and Jimmy Pitts, all of Longview; grandchildren, Jessica, Parker, 
Sterling, Joby, Hayden, and Cameron; great-grandchild, Ravyn; and numerous nieces and 
nephews.

The family will receive friends at 6 p.m. this evening, August 29, 2007, at the funeral 
home.

Rogers and Virginia Pitts.
