Ford Jr., Samuel Henry "Buddy" 

MARSHALL -- Services for Samuel Henry "Buddy" Ford Jr., 72, 
of Marshall, will be 1 p.m. Thursday, June 22, 2006, at 
Downs Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Jackie Herring 
officiating. Interment will follow in Colonial Gardens 
Cemetery. Mr. Ford died June 19, 2006, in Longview. Born 
December 10, 1933, in Marshall, he established Ford Builders, 
and was a longtime carpenter and avid bowler. Survivors 
include his sons, Dale Kent Ford and Kyle Ivan Ford; daughter, 
Charlotte Ford Cole; sisters, Betty Nightingale, JoAnn Burns, 
Peggy Chambers, and Paula May; and brother, Dicky Ford. 
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Online
