MARSHALL -- Services for Richard Dixon Jr., 100, of Hallsville, 
will be 3 p.m. Saturday, December 9, 2006, at Westside Church of 
Christ, with the Rev. Ronnie Walker officiating. Burial will be 
in Dixon Memorial Garden of Hallsville. Arrangements are by Lewis 
Funeral Home. Mr. Dixon died December 4, 2006, in Longview. He was 
born February 10, 1906, in Hallsville. Survivors include his sons, 
Richard Dixon III and Robert L. Dixon; daughters, Velma Dixon 
Johnson and Lois Dixon Owens; brothers, Adolphus Dixon and Curtis 
Williams; and sisters, Gertrude Taylor, Ida Vera Coats, Thelma 
Davis, and Erbie L. Johnson. Visitation will be 5-6 p.m. today at 
the funeral home.
