Colvin, Morton

MARSHALL -- Graveside services, with military honors, for Morton Colvin, 
91, of Marshall, will be 2 p.m. Saturday, November 4, 2006, at Cave 
Springs Cemetery, with the Rev. Sam Mercer officiating. Arrangements are 
by Downs Funeral Home. Mr. Colvin died November 1, 2006, in Marshall. Born 
July 8, 1915, in Chaffer, Mo., he was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran, having 
served during World War II, and retired from Dorchester Petroleum. Survivors 
include his wife, Evelyn Colvin; daughter, Laura McClelland; and sons, Marty 
Paul Colvin, Don Colvin, and Billy Colvin. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. today
