MARSHALL -- Services for James Michael Chatterton, 22, of 
Hallsville, will be 2 p.m. Monday, June 19, 2006, at the 
chapel of Downs Funeral Home in Marshall, with the Rev. 
Danny Warbington officiating. Interment will be in Hallsville 
Cemetery. Mr. Chatterton died June 16, 2006, near Hallsville. 
Born February 29, 1984, in Marlin, he attended Hallsville High 
School, where he played football, and was an assistant manager 
of the Rentway store in Marshall. Survivors include his mother, 
Vicki Chatterton; father, David Duhr; adoptive father, Michael 
Duane Chatterton; brothers, Justin Chatterton and D.J. Duhr; 
and sisters, Toni and Kelsey Chatterton and Brianna and Kimberly 
Duhr. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today, June 18, 2006, at the
