Brown, Ruben L.

MARSHALL -- Services for Ruben L. Brown, 65, of Marshall, will 
be 11 a.m. today, December 27, 2006, at the chapel of Downs 
Funeral Home with the Rev. Dick Sawyer officiating. Interment 
will follow in Pope City Cemetery. Mr. Brown died December 25, 
2006, in Marshall. Born April 12, 1941, in Marshall, he served 
in the U.S. Army during Vietnam, worked for Harrison County Road 
and Bridge for 16 years and was a member of Clearview Baptist 
Church. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Sorrels Brown; daughters, 
Rebecca Frazier and Tracy Watson; son, Stephen Brown; brothers, 
Felton Higginbotham and Lynn "Bo" Metcalf; and sisters, Sue Pace
