Barhum, Danny Joe

Funeral services for Danny Joe Barhum, 53, of Hallsville, will be held 
at 10 a.m. Friday, April 6, 2007, at Rader Funeral Home. Graveside 
services are set for 2 p.m. at Spring Hill Cemetery in Naples.

Danny was born January 4, 1954, and went to be with the Lord on April 2, 
2007, with family and friends by his side.

Danny was employed by Heavy Machines Inc. After graduating from 
Daingerfield High School, he served in the U.S. Navy as a jet mechanic. 
He was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors. He was the president 
of the Outlaws Bass Club of Longview. He cherished his time with his 
family and friends and lived his life to the fullest.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Albert Barhum; 
father-in-law/BEST FRIEND, Charles Bazar; grandparents, Isaac "Daddy" 
and Lilly "Mama" Murphy; grandparents, Albert and Bessie Barhum.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Suzie; daughter, Amanda; 
mother and stepfather, Esther and Dan Robison of Naples; sister and 
brother-in-law, Linda and Harold Collins of Longview; mother-in-law and 
father-in-law, Dorothy and Bill Rapp of Longview; numerous nieces, 
nephews and other relatives; and a host of special friends.

The family of Danny would like to give special thanks to the attending 
doctors and nurses at Good Shepherd Medical Center and the many family 
and friends who attended to all of our needs during this time.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. this evening, April 6, 
2007, at Rader Funeral Home.
