MARSHALL -- Services for Billie Jo Bankston, of Marshall, will be 10 a.m. Thursday, June 29, 2006, at the 
Colonial Chapel of Sullivan-Heaster Funeral Home of Marshall, with Bob Bryant officiating. Burial will 
follow in Wells Chapel Cemetery of Linden. Mrs. Bankston passed away June 27, 2006, at the Marshall Manor 
Nursing Home. Billie Jo was born December 9, 1926, in Linden, to Urban Legrande and Lois Mae Henderson Rhyne. 
She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and worked at Gibson's of Marshall for many years. She 
was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Trimmier Legrande and Edward Danis Rhyne. Mrs. 
Bankston is survived by her husband of 58 years, Henry Thomas Bankston of Marshall; three sons and 
daughters-in-law, Tommy and Sandy Bankston of Gilmer, Tony and Sherry Bankston of Marshall, and Tim and 
Gail Bankston, also of Marshall; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; her brother and 
sisters-in-law, Robert Lloyd and Martha Rhyne of Palestine, and Grace Rhyne of Marshall; and many nieces, 
nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday evening, June 28, 2006, at the funeral 
home.

include her husband, Henry Thomas Bankston; sons, Tommy Bankston, Tony Bankston, and Tim Bankston; and brother, 
Robert Lloyd Rhyne.
