Stroud, Arrie Wall

KILGORE - Services for Arrie Wall Stroud, 88, of Kilgore, will be at 
2 p.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2007, at Rader Funeral Home Chapel of 
Kilgore. Interment will follow in Danville Cemetery. Mrs. Stroud died 
November 29, 2007, at her residence.

Born June 30, 1919, in Atlanta, she was a devoted homemaker and an 
avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Survivors include her daughter, LaJuana 
Ferguson. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday, December 3, 2007, 
at the funeral home.

Stroud, Arrie Wall

KILGORE - Funeral services for Arrie Wall Stroud, 88, of Kilgore, will 
be at 2 p.m. today, December 4, 2007, at the chapel of Rader Funeral 
Home. Interment will follow in Danville Cemetery.

Mrs. Stroud passed away November 29, 2007, at her home following a 
lengthy illness.

Mrs. Stroud was born June 30, 1919, in Atlanta, Texas, to William and 
Lena Norsworthy Wall, who preceded her in death. She moved to Kilgore 
with her family in 1991.

A lifelong homemaker, she was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-
grandmother. She was also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and hardly ever 
missed watching a game.

Her husband, Frank Stroud; three sisters; and one brother preceded 
her in death.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, LaJuana and John 
Ferguson of Kilgore; two granddaughters and their husbands, Tiffany 
and James Strickland of Daingerfield, and Talia and Joshua Gamble of 
Kilgore; two great-grandsons, Derek Strickland and Gauge Gamble; and 
a number of nieces, nephews and friends.

The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday evening, December 
3, 2007, at the funeral home.
