KILGORE - Services for Charles T. Nix, 59, of Kilgore, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 
6, 2007, at Rader Funeral Home Chapel of Kilgore, with the Rev. Jake Wommer officiating. 
Interment will follow in Danville Cemetery. Mr. Nix died October 4, 2007, in Kilgore. 
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Nix Sr., Charles "Buddy"

KILGORE - Services for Charles T. "Buddy" Nix Sr., 59, of Kilgore, will be at 10 a.m. today, 
October 6, 2007, at Rader Funeral Home Chapel of Kilgore, with the Rev. Jake Wommer 
officiating. Interment will follow in Danville Cemetery. Mr. Nix died October 4, 2007, in 
Kilgore.

Born February 5, 1948, in Kilgore, he was a longtime employee of the City of Kilgore and a 
truck operator for Halliburton. Survivors include his son, Charles T. Nix Jr.; brothers, 
Otis Eugene Nix and Ronnie Ray Nix; and sisters, Claudette Thompson, Shirley Curlee, Dian 
Patterson, Sandra Bill and Linda Foxworth.
