Knight, Bobby Gene 


Services for Bobby Gene Knight, 74, of Longview, will be 2 p.m. 
Friday, September 15, 2006, at Welch Funeral Home Chapel, with 
Brother Ted White, the Rev. Bill Owens, and Dr. David Lawson 
officiating. Burial will follow in Crims Chapel Cemetery. Mr. 
Knight died September 9, 2006, at a local medical center. Born 
November 1, 1931, in Longview, he was a member of Oakland Heights 
Baptist Church, and a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in 
Korea. Survivors include his wife, Anita Knight; daughter, 
Christie Milam; and son, Joseph T. Grant. Visitation will be 
6-8 p.m. Thursday, September 14, 2006, at the funeral home. An
