Gibson, Arden   	

Services for Arden Gibson, 91, of Longview, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, 
April 21, 2007, at the Welch Funeral Home Garden Court, 4619 Judson Road, 
with the Rev. Scott Schulik officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill 
Cemetery of Pittsburg.

Mr. Gibson passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2007, at a local nursing 
facility.

Mr. Gibson was born in Ringold, Louisiana, to Ernest and Bertha Onstott 
Gibson. He was a graduate of Longview High School and was a World War II 
veteran serving in the United States Army. He was a member of Mobberly 
Baptist Church and a Shriner. Mr. Gibson held membership in the Masonic 
Lodge No. 404 in Longview.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Vivian Shaddix Gibson, in 1994.
