Franks, Stevie Leigh 
  	
Services for Stevie Leigh Franks, infant son of Stephen and 
Amanda Franks, will be 3 p.m. Saturday, January 20, 2007, at 
Welch Funeral Home Garden Court at 4619 Judson Road, with 
the Rev. Tony Pierce officiating. Baby Stevie was born and 
died January 16, 2007, in Portsmouth, Va. Survivors include 
his parents. Visitation will be Saturday, prior to services,
