Coe, Alver "Lucy"   
	
Alver "Lucy" Coe, 86, of Longview, died Wednesday, February 28, 
2007, at a Longview care center. She was born January 26, 1921, 
in Wellborn, Florida, to Dewey and Vera Smith. Lucy was a 
homemaker and a longtime member of Camille Acres Baptist Church 
in Longview. She was preceded in death by her parents; her 
husband, William E. Coe; and her daughter, Linda McDowell. Those 
left to cherish her memory are her son, Larry Coe of Longview; 
granddaughter, Stephani Coe; and brothers, Dewey and Jimmy Smith. 
Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 2007, 
at Lakeview Funeral Home, immediately following the visitation. 
Burial will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, in the Good Hope Cemetery of 
Franklin County. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be 
made to The Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 322 Eighth Ave., 
Sixth Floor, New York, N.Y. 10001. The family will receive 
friends from 8:30-10 a.m. Saturday, prior to services, at
