Cooper, O.A. "Toby" 

Graveside services for Mr. O.A. "Toby" Cooper, 81, of Longview, will be noon Monday, 
June 5, 2006, at Rosewood Park under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview, 
with the Rev. Rick Webb officiating. Interment will follow services. Mr. Cooper had 
been a resident of Longview since 1943. He was born in Whitehouse, Texas, January 16, 
1925, to J. E. and Maude Mae Wilkerson Cooper. Toby was a member of the Oakland Heights 
Baptist Church and Longview Masonic Lodge No. 404. He retired from Texas Eastman as an 
operator after more than 20 years of employment. Mr. Cooper was preceded in death by his 
wife, Ruby Cooper. He is survived by a brother, Ray Cooper and his wife, Oleta, of 
Irving, Texas; sisters, Edna Rushing of Whitehouse, Texas, and Dorothy McMullen of Flint, 
Texas; nephew, Billy Spivey of Flint, Texas; and niece, Ellen Prickett of Longview, Texas.
