Conlin, Sandra Kay "Sandi"    

Sandi Conlin was born November 17, 1942, and left to be with her Lord on August 
19, 2006, following a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was preceded in 
death by her parents, Floyd Maxson in 1971 and Lucille Maxson in 1994; daughter, 
Therese Ann Conlin in 1999; and granddaughter, Lucille Marie Johnson in 2006. 
Sandi was a cook all of her life and retired from Good Shepherd Medical Center 
in May 2006, after 17 years of dedicated service in the dietary department. 
Those left to cherish her memory are her beloved children, son, Charles and wife, 
Kim Lambirth of Ashton, Iowa; daughter, Tina and her husband, Clint Werkmeister 
of Longview; daughter, Diane and her husband, David Nelson of Tehachapi, California, 
and son, John and his wife, Rosa Linda Johnson of Rowlett; eight grandchildren, 
Ashley and Nick Lambirth, Samantha Griffin, Patrick Johnson, Tony Shibalt and 
Stephanie, Tiffany and Cheyenne Jameson; great-granddaughter, Karma; sister, 
Marsha and husband, Larry Bruns of Imperial, Missouri; four brothers, James and 
Linda Maxson of Spencer, Iowa, Donald and Linda Maxson of St. Louis, Missouri, 
David and Ruth Ann Maxson of Storm Lake, Iowa and Douglas Maxson of Lakeland, 
Florida; special friend, Butch Miller and his children, Tony and Melissa Miller 
and their four children of Longview, and Tammy and Earl Due of Diana; and numerous 
nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends today, August 21, 2006, from 7-9 
p.m. at Lakeview Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, August 22, 
2006, at 10 a.m., in the chapel of Lakeview Funeral Home. The Rev. James T. Hall will 
officiate. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made to
