Bridwell, William H. "Bill" William H. "Bill" Bridwell was born May 18, 1926, in Vincennes, Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University. Mr. Bridwell served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II. He moved to Fort Worth, Texas, and married Agnes Rene? Boudreaux. Bill has three lovely daughters, Rene? St. Clair and son-in-law, Scott St. Clair; Pam Lopez and son-in-law, Henry Lopez, and Cathy Crank and son-in-law, Terry Crank. Bill has two beautiful granddaughters, Claudia Sutton Crank and Makena Rene? Lopez. Bill was ordained a deacon in 1974, for the Catholic church. He served 32 years as a deacon in the East Texas area. After a few years of retirement, he went back to work at Peters Chevrolet in Longview. He considered them his extended family. Bill and his family cordially invite you to celebrate his life with a Mass at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 27, 2006, at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father Gavin Vaverek officiating. Burial will follow. A rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m., prior to services. Welch Funeral Home, 4619 Judson Road, is in charge of arrangements.
